By Dave ShieldsWow! So much has led up to this, but today is the day I walk across the stage for my commencement at Liberty University. I made the cross-country drive (15 hours broken up across two days) with my mom and my youngest son, and we arrived in Virginia last night. I panicked initially because my name was not on the list of those permitted to graduate. I emailed a few people, including the Dean of the School of Divinity, and he replied to me! After a few emails, he called me directly and we worked out the issue! So thankful for the folks here at Liberty.
